The Spanish law has taken another step forward. From now on, hacking into systems is a criminal act. This will include attacks against intimacy as well as the damage caused to companies or public organizations.
On the other hand, cloning, using or posessing credit cards will also be punishable. Of course, this does not include your own and personal credit cards…
